about Bridging the Gap (BTG) Organisation South Africa…

The Bridging the Gap Organisation is an affiliate member of the Imaad Isaacs Foundation and works in collaboration with other IIF subsidiaries.

Bridging the Gap was founded by Hafieth Imaad Isaacs in the year 2006 with the approval of the director of the Al-Manaar Hafieth Institute, Sheikh Muhammad Fouad Gabier.

The institution is dedicated to assisting learner’s and educators in the science of Tajweed.  It accomplishes this through the facilitation of workshops in the disadvantaged and underprivileged areas in the greater Cape Town region.

BTG expanded its focus in January 2008, with the inception of the academic assistance component for FET education, thus making affordable education accessible to all.  Bridging the Gap’s educational outreach programs facilitate expeditionary “BTG” workshops in addition to in-house “TTC” (The Tuition Club) programs held at the BTG Headquarters.

BTG’s primary objective is to provide extra tuition in all learning areas including Qur’an recitation and religious  studies to all persons regardless of race, creed, gender, or religion.  It strives through education to promote peace, love, goodness and positive change amongst mankind.

Our philosophy is that ‘education is not received, it is achieved’.
